GriggsbyPrints (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://griggsbyprints.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.
We have written this policy to describe what this website actually does today. If we add tools that collect additional information, we will update this policy and change the date above before those tools go live.
The short version
- We do not sell anything directly on this website. All purchases happen on Etsy.
- We never see or store your payment information.
- The only personal information we ask for is your email address, and only if you choose to sign up for our email list.
- We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who we are
GriggsbyPrints is a small independent shop that creates digital printable planners, workbooks, trackers, and templates. Our website address is https://griggsbyprints.com.
Our products are sold through our Etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/GriggsbyPrints. This website exists to describe our products and point you to them.

Information you give us
Email newsletter
Several pages on this site — including our home page, our contact page, and our free download page — include a signup form for our email list. If you enter your email address and submit that form, we receive your email address and use it to send occasional updates, free downloads, and news about new products.
This form is provided by MailerLite, an email marketing service. Your email address is stored on MailerLite’s systems, which may be located outside your country. MailerLite processes this data on our behalf so that we can send you email.
Signing up is entirely optional. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also email us and ask us to remove you.
Email you send us
This website does not have a contact form. If you would like to reach us, you email us directly at the address above. When you do, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that conversation and our ordinary business records.
Information collected automatically
Server logs
This website is hosted by Porkbun Cloud for WordPress. Like essentially all web hosts, our host’s servers automatically record standard technical information when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time.
This information is generated by the hosting infrastructure for reliability, troubleshooting, and security. We do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors.
Security
We use a WordPress security plugin (Really Simple Security) to protect the site’s administrator login. It may process technical information, including IP addresses associated with failed login attempts, in order to block repeated attacks. This applies to attempts to access the site’s admin area, not to ordinary visits.
Spam protection
We have Akismet installed on this site. Akismet is an anti-spam service that screens submitted content for spam. We do not currently have comments enabled on this website, so Akismet is not currently processing visitor data. If we enable comments in the future, we will update this policy first.
Cookies
We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or any other tracking cookies on this website. There is no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixel, Pinterest tag, or similar advertising or analytics tracker active here.
Some cookies are, however, necessary for a website to function, and the tools we use may set them:
- WordPress, the software that runs this site, sets authentication cookies for logged-in users of the site’s administration area. Ordinary visitors browsing the public pages are not logged in and are not given these cookies.
- MailerLite loads its signup form on the pages that offer our newsletter, and may set functional cookies so that the form works correctly and is not shown to you repeatedly.
- Our host and our security tools may process technical information, and may set cookies where necessary, in order to operate, secure, and protect the site.
We cannot rule out that a plugin or hosting service will set a strictly functional or security-related cookie in the course of doing its job. What we can tell you is that none of it is advertising, profiling, or analytics tracking.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not prevent you from reading this website.
Analytics
This website does not currently run any analytics or visitor-tracking software. We do not currently have Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any comparable tool active.
We may add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future so that we can understand which pages and products people find useful. If we do, we will update this policy and the date at the top of the page before it goes live.

This website links out to other websites, most importantly:
- Etsy — where our products are actually sold and where checkout takes place

When you follow a link to Etsy, Facebook, or any other outside site, you leave griggsbyprints.com and that site’s own privacy policy applies. We have no control over what those companies collect or how they use it, and this policy does not cover them. We would encourage you to read Etsy’s privacy policy before purchasing.
Purchases and payments
No purchase is completed on this website, and we do not process payments here.
All of our products are sold and delivered through Etsy. When you buy from us, Etsy handles the transaction, the payment, and the file delivery. Etsy — not GriggsbyPrints — collects and stores your payment information, and Etsy’s privacy policy governs that transaction. We never see or store your card details.
Embedded content
This website does not currently embed videos, maps, social media feeds, or other third-party content on its pages. If we add embedded content in the future, that content can behave the same way as visiting the third-party site directly, and we will update this policy.
Images
Images displayed on this site are product images and design assets used to present GriggsbyPrints products. Any images we upload are processed by an image optimization tool (Imagify) to reduce their file size so pages load faster. This affects the image files themselves, not you.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only with the service providers that make this website work, and only to the extent they need it:

How long we keep your data
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records.
- Server logs: for the limited period our host retains them for operational and security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
To make any of these requests, email us at the address above and tell us what you would like. In practice, the only personal information we are likely to hold about you is your email address, and we can delete it on request.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles your information, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
